Here is a GREAT, INITIAL Target. The 3-50 Challenge!
What types of people are we looking for with TPA ERC
We are looking for 4 different types of individuals.
Below are the 4 types of people that we are looking for.
Decide which of the 4 you are Looking for.
1st Type: Recruiting Network Marketers that will create a big organization full of 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th type Agents, along with the other 3 types who join on the team.
2nd Type: Enrolling Clients with 10 or more W2 employees up to 500 W2’s.
3rd Type: Recruiting Agents with Clients (merchant processing reps are an example)
That have 2 or more W2 employees up to 500 W2’s. They may not build a team but
They will make sales. Accountants and CPAs would fall into this category.
4th Type: Working with Referral people who don’t want to sell or sign up but will give you a referral to their clients. Wealth managers fit this profile.
Calling the 1st Type: Network Marketers to become Agents
Hi this is ………. I’m an entrepreneur like you and I read your excellent profile on LinkedIn and I wanted to meet you really quick.
I started a new project 3 months ago. If I emailed you a brief video, would you take a few mins to check it out? I would love your feedback? I have sales reps I’ve recruited that have already made a lot of money in their first month. I know that sounds crazy! There has never been anything like this.
They say what’s is all about?
You say the video will explain it all. Are you at a computer now so you can watch?
If they press you, you can say
I’m with a large CPA firm in the that specializes in the ERC program.
Our government is giving companies, that qualify, up to $26,000 per W2 employee that they kept working during the pandemic. Our reps are making up to $840.00 per W2 employee. Some of my reps have put in over 600 employees in 1 month. You can do the math. How soon can you watch the video?
By the way, there is NO COST to become an agent and no monthly auto ship.
There is nothing like this!!
Calling the 2nd Type: Clients
Sample script calling companies to Enroll
Many companies stop the conversation when we call because they are mistakenly under the impression that they will not qualify. So here is a way to circumvent that objection before
It comes up.
Hi there, This is ……….. I am with a large CPA firm that specializes in the employee retention credit program. I’m calling because you may have been told you don’t qualify, but changes in the legislation are allowing companies just like yours to qualify.
We are working with clients in your industry right now that are getting up to, $26,000 per W2 employee. Could you point me in the right direction of the proper person to speak with.
I would love to meet you in person and stop by with some information for you.
I could stop by tomorrow or Thursday, which would be better for you?
———————————————————————————————————————-
If you live near the client or plan to be in their area you can say this:
Hi there, this is ……… I live in the area and I am with a large CPA firm that specializes in the employee recovery credit program. I’m calling because you may have been told you don’t qualify, but recent changes in the legislation are allowing companies just like you to qualify. We are working with clients in your industry right now that are getting up to $26,000 per employee.
Could you point me in the right direction of the proper person to speak with?
I would love to meet you in person and stop by with some information for you.
I could stop by tomorrow or Thursday, which would be better for you?

Calling the 3rd Type: Agents with Clients (Merchant Processing reps for example)
Hi ………. This is ………. We are connected on LinkedIn and I am working with reps like you, helping them increase their profits greatly. I have reps making 4% of the gross refund amount that a business receives. Our average return per W2 employee is $21,000. Do the math! We are a large CPA Firm that specializes in ERC filings for companies. They could qualify for up to $26,000 per W2 employee that they had during the Pandemic. Have you heard about the ERC program yet?
If I emailed you a brief video, would you take a few mins to check it out? I would love your feedback.
Calling Type 4: the referral agent (like a wealth manager)
Hi … I know that you are a wealth manager. I wonder if you could help me? Do you have clients that own businesses with 10 or more employees?
They say, “sure why do you ask?”
You say, “There have been recent changes in the government’s Employee Retention Tax Credit program. Our company is a large CPA firm that specializes in filing for these ERC funds,
getting clients up to $26,000 per W2 employee.
If you could point me in the right direction, I would be happy to share the profits with you!
Why recruit?
As a recruiter we look for great people. In corporate America there are recruiters for sales people. In the technology industry, recruiters search for engineers, and programmers.
These recruiters are not specialists in any of these jobs. They don’t need to have experience in selling or working in these industries.
Instead of working in those industries their job is to find the best candidate with experience in the industry. The recruiter gets paid a one-time commission when the candidate is hired.
We get paid over and over commission on sales (enrollments actually) that our recruits made. We also get paid on the organization they build.
Snap Financial Agents have the privilege of enrolling customers and we have the ability to find Agents and get paid on their successful submissions. As a recruiter you are looking for great sales people and networkers. I provide the training and support along with Snap Financials support.
The 3-50 Challenge
We have a challenge for our team. We call it the “3-50” Plan.
Enroll 3 Agents under you and commit them to do the same! If each only brings in ERC business totaling only 50 employees, and that’s in TOTAL until 2025, it will generate over $1.8M to you in overrides! (NOTE: There is no guarantee of income as this is a business and takes work and effort. These numbers are an example and are subject to Snap’s Compensation Plan. You’ll possibly need 5 legs to get paid on all levels but these are the real numbers):
Your Commissions:
$3 Million in Tier 1 Agents Referrals = $30K
$9 Million in Tier 2 Agents Referrals = $45K
$27 Million in Tier 3 Agents Referrals = $135,000
$81 Million in Tier 4 Agents Referrals = $405,000
$243 Million in Tier 5 Agents Referrals = $1,215,000
Your Total Commission: $1,803,000
And this is IN ADDITION to businesses you bring in!
How long does it take to enroll 50 employees? It can be done in a day or take several weeks. Either way, it is ABSOLUTELY DOABLE to enroll only 50 employees. We are not suggesting stopping there, but we are challenging ALL Agents in our team to do at least the “3-50” Plan. Unlike other networking companies that say if you enroll 10 and they enroll 10, etc. (100,000 people) you can make a million dollars selling lotions and potions (there are not enough people in the US for many people to do that), our “3-50” challenge only involves 363 Agents. It is extremely realistic to enroll 3 Agents and they do the same and enroll employers with a total of 50 employees (1 employer with 50, 2 with 25, 5 with 10, etc.) and make $1.8M in overrides!
I know of an agent who has made over $2M enrolling employers in the ERC program during the past nine months, and that does not count ANY overrides, just personal business enrollments. This is truly a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
Please make it a personal goal to fulfill the “3-50” Plan over the next three weeks!
What is the “Secret” to major success? Three things:
1. Contact Businesses
2. Contact Businesses
3. Contact Businesses
Step 1: START WITH YOUR WARM MARKET
You probably know business owners, you may be related to them, you may have become friends with the guy who owns the car wash, the car repair place, your child’s private school or your church pastor (YES, non-profits like private schools and churches ARE ELIGIBLE). Do you know anyone who owns a franchise, like a Wendy’s, Arby’s, America’s Tire, a small grocery chain…the list is endless! Franchises are eligible as well…most have an owner who owns several, but they have fewer than 500 employees total. Put on your thinking cap!
Here’s a “Memory Jogger” you can look at to trigger thoughts of who you know to contact: CLICK HERE
Our Target Business Size is 2-500 Full-Time W-2 Employees (unlimited Part-timers in 2019 that they kept on in 2020, and perhaps 2021
That’s MOST of the businesses in America!
Who do you know who will have their mind blown when they see they can get up to $26,000 per full-time W-2 employee? They are OWED the money! Tell them about this!
Let’s Keep it Simple
HERE ARE A COUPLE OF SCRIPTS
To reiterate the process:
Send the business owner your Refer ERC Client link.
Join Your Local Chamber of Commerce… Then, advertise with them to reach hundreds and even thousands of local businesses, fast. Go to their events and network. (Join other smaller local networking groups, like Meet Up)
Set up a booth at local trade shows that business owners attend. Plus… you could also visit local shows as an attendee and talk with business owners all in a few hours. Leave them with a flyer of course, and get their business card to follow up later.
Go business to business and talk to the decision maker (Owner, GM, CFO). Leave a card or flyer. Follow up with a call and email.
CALL businesses. (Even hire a telemarketer or a team of them).
Send postcards to local businesses
Find locally-commissioned salespeople who already call on business in person such as “merchant account reps,” and “telemarketers,” who like working on commission. Bring them on as Snap/Jorns agents on your team. Can be expanded across the entire US.
Social Media such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter… to connect with businesses, and build a sales team while you’re at it.
Influencers… can be great people to introduce this to. They have thousands and some even millions of people who follow them. People who; know, like, and trust them. Youtube is a great source to find these. Also, if you do a Google search for influencers, you’ll find sources like: https://www.brandbassador.com/ where you can find all the influencers you want.
There are lists of businesses online…you can find some lists for free and some for a charge…GET THE WORD OUT any way you can!
